Unknown lowering springs help
I have a set of lowering springs on my car and I don't know the brand or spring rate. Can anyone help?
They are red and I am almost positive they are 3/4" drop. They look just like the ST springs. I've had them for over 6 years and I bought them used. The guy said they where from JC Whitney and my guess is they are 8 years old total.
I've always thought they were the ST springs but all the ones I ever see are black. They have no markings or stickers.

I thought about that but I wasn't sure if they ever sold through JC Whitney. I did get a RB exhaust off of the same car so they could be.
Is there any way to tell if they are RB springs? There are no stampings or markings on these.

Hmm... I just looked on mazdatrix today, and they used to sell an eibach spring set that lowered the car 3/4 of an inch like you stated above. Their no longer available through mazdatrix which could mean they're an older spring like you have. Eibach does use red paint on their springs too, id say thats your best bet.
