Oem driveshafts came with non-replaceable u-joints. However, if you can find a good driveshaft shop, they can be replaced. If not, pick up a used.

79-82 came with replaceable u-joints, and the 83 up models had the non-serviceable joints.
Like trochoid stated, a good driveshaft shop can replace them, but expect to pay about $30-50 each for them. After that, they can be replaced easier.
If you have a good shaft with the non-serviceable joints, get a needle tip grease gun fitting, and you can add grease to the joints, which will extend their service life. This needle tip looks like a hypadermic needle, with a grease zerk on the end. About $10, but worth every cent if it helps to extend the life of these pricey joints.

I got some replacements from rockford driveline, #1 thing you have to do when putting them in is to make sure they are shimmed to the center tightly so there's no slop. Once finished push the end cap in on one side to see how much clearence there is... you want under 0.005" play in there, zero is best as long as it doesnt' bind.
