Under the wheel plastic broke

SO i was wondering whats is that thing called which covers under the wheel to protect the ignition and such
Since i was looking around to buying it but cant find it anywhere

i thought the whole area was just called the steering column

combination switch surround/steering surround.....that thing that goes around the combo switches lol...

If you are talking about the steering column surround, well, that's what it's called.
Your description is slightly vague, but it seems that everyone is assuming you are talking about the steering column.
