unbefrikkinlieveable

So I'm at the grocery store when they announce "will the owner of a black Mazda RX-7 please come to customer service".

I figure maybe I left my running lights on, but I start to get a hollow feeling in the pit of my stomach.

Sure enough, someone hit my car.

A 15 year old girl with a learner's license plowed into it from behind, hard enough to push it forward a meter with the parking brake on.

Her adult companion claimed the girl was just easing into the parking stall and gave it too much gas, and that the only damage was a 'small scratch in the bumper' - it's pushed in an inch under the rub strip, indicating the girl was braking hard and dove under my bumper.

The little bitch never even said sorry, and a witness claimed the two of them had planned to leave the scene but he stopped them.

While writing down their license & registration info the brat was bragging to her friend about her 'first car accident' in gleeful tones.

What the **** is wrong with people??

I would persue that as far as possible.
What's wrong with people is that it's pretty much illeagle to kick their teeth in.

You've had some underserved bad luck lately. I would have been mighty pissed at her, especially for the happy tones about her first accident. ****. What would Tom Leykis do?

Sorry mate, that really sucks.

I can't believe the little bitch had the nerve to gloat about it. Goes to show that the average 15 year old has no ******* place behind the wheel of a motor vehicle. The age you can apply for a learner's permit here is 16.5 and even that's too young IMO.

Well anyways dont know about canada but here in Kentucky there is this nice thing called Parking lot = no fault I had an old lady hit my car in Wal Mart parking lot, I was leaving she was coming in... Called the cops , the cop said parking lot accidents are no fault. I was like ******* bullshit, I told the cop so I can go home get my dad's '76 Ford pick up and bash into the prettiest lexus I can find, of course by accident? He said no you cant do it on purpose, I was like but no it will be an accident... *******!

That was 5 years ago, Im still looking for that old buick regal

Yeah, that's a real blower, Manntis. I'd be so ****** pissed, i'd go ballistic or somethin'. I have this perpetual fear of stupid soccer moms driving huge urban attack vehicles rear ending my car while i'm stopped at an intersection while they're talking on their goddam cellphones or something, so every time i'm stopped, i look in my rearview mirror, and say to myself "you hit my car bitch, and i'll make it my personal mission to make sure you never get a liscense ever AGAINNNN!!" Anyway, hopefully it turns out okay, and that the little **** pays out of her nose for the damage.

she was driving a Saturn Sedan, and the way insurance works here is the person responsible pays his/her own deductible and insurance pays everything else; it'll get fixed, but it's a pain in the rear bumper...

It's the same up in Michigan too. Called No Fault insurance. It's just another way for Insurance companies to make more money from you. When I lived up there, I paid 1.5 to 2 times as much in insurance as compared to Missouri where we luckily don't have it yet. From what I'm hearing, most insurance companies are pushing for all the states to move to No Fault insurance. And yes, even if you have the most basic of coverage, this is still on there too.

I've heard rear ends of those stupid mini-vans cost $2000+ to repair from a 5mph bump. Seems stupid.

But that remark about gloating about a "first accident" is the absolute stupidest thing I've ever heard of. You should of told them in a polite manner how mad that statement makes you because some of us care about the well being of our vehicles and then there are people like them.
