Exclamation Twisty Ties are no replacement for bumper installation bolts. I need a new bumper.

I bought a used 81' RX-7 for CHEAP, and wile driving on the freeway... the bumper fell off. It was being held on with twisty ties, like the grocery ones. I found a few still lightly attached to my car. lol. Now i have to bumper, the metal and plastic part fell off. I am looking for some type of replacement but most of the kits i see look like they require the stock bumper as well. What is a man to do? The mariah one looks like a full replacement, and the austrailian body kit, the ultima looks tight, but i cant get price info. Thanks, and yes Ive been searching for days/weeks on this subject. I have approximatly $400 to spend on it. If all else fails i was thinking of welding a chrome bar across the two bumper mounts, and forming it to the body, then putting some rally esque lights on it. What do you guys think?

I know there's got to be a junk yard somewhere up there that has a bumper for you. If not I could rustle one up around here if you'd like.
