well i think blow through is alot easier and i think moajority, LARGE majority, of peopel turboing there rotarys are going wioht a blow through setup. your HP will totally depend on you entire setup liek IC or no? how much boost. the turbo you will be using etc..

A draw through limits options. You'll be ok with a Dellorto, but since the mixture will be drawn through the carb, and then through the turbo you cannot use a IC. You'll need to keep the intake lengths as short as possible, since the longer length might let the fuel the mixture to become liquid again. This is a typical problem, and makes little fuel puddles occur in the intake housing of the turbo, especially when you'd have the car running too rich.
A blow through will only draw air through the turbo, and therefor leaves more options open. You can use a IC, and a blow off valve.
In Europe (UK) there was a kit developed for the first gen (no longer available) that had a draw through setup. The cars did become very different with that kit installed. It only used a small turbo, and an SU carb. But still managed some good power.
It's mainly a matter of choices, and budget. Of course you must be carefull not to spend more on a good 12AT setup then it'd cost you to do a TII swap that might give you as much power. After all, don't expect 250 or 300hp from a draw through carbed setup!

You can definately make some big power using a draw- through turbo. At one stage the quickest untubbed rotor here was in the 9's running a draw-through setup.

I don't see how you could use an IDA as it's a down-draft carb so you're basically limited to a DCOE. It's gotta be big to flow enough air (like up to 55mm) and you need some form of charge cooling like water/methanol injection.

Apparently streetability on these things is a real bitch because of things like heat soak which causes hard starting and they tend to be dogs off boost.
