Horn and Hazards are on the same fuse. So check to see if the horn has power. If that's not it, check the fusible links, and get out the Tester to start looking for it.

In the engine compartment. I'd hate to dig up my haynes manual. I believe the Hazzards are fed from the fusible links directly, as opposed to going through the rest of the electrical system. Suposedly a high amperage draw to have all those go on simultaneously.

Ok, Now I remember....

The Hazzards and the Turn signals are not on the same power line. So if neither is working, it should be a wiring issue or a ground. Check the plug behind the Driver's side bin and apply power, and use a tester, to see if they light up, until you trace where there is a flaw.

HINT, you can use a 9V battery with wire leads to see ruickly if they light up (although dimly). Won't blow or fry anyhting that way,

haynes shows the ignition, stop lamp combo on the same fusible link, then the fuse for the hazard/turn combo switch. if the back where messed up it should still do the front right? that would be like the whole thing shutting down because you burned out a bulb.

On my 85, there is a black box under the dask that has a horn relay on it. Remove this black box and inside are the hazard relay and blinker relay. Check those out as a last resort. If they stopped working at the same time, maybe it's the connection to the box.
