turn signal flashers

Mazda wants $86 for a new turn signal flasher! Thats ridiculous. The local parts store says that they dont have any for my car and the dealership is the only place to get them. Where do you guys get your flashers? Oh yeah and where are they located? i thought they would be near the fuse box but i didnt see them there. Im sick of having to move the little lever up and down to make them flash.

Dude, he means the actual signal light flasher diode, not the bulbs...

But yeah, pic-n-pull/junkyard would be a good bet...

I was hoping to get new ones, but a junkyard is a good idea. I get everything from there anyway! Where are the flashers located anyway? I checked near the fusebox but cant find them and I dont know where else to check.

haynes manual pages 190-191 show all the diagrams for you ; looks to be right at the fuse box.....get a haynes manual pg 191 upper half of the page it's F-03 in the diagram....pg 190 shows F-03 as flasher unit.
good luck
