NC turn key nothing happens?

Alright so i'm gunna try to explain as good as i can,

so i have been having a problem with my alternator where it will go to around 12v and sit there but it wont charge the battery, well i took it to auto zone to have it tested it put out perfect and it sat at 15v in the green. well i got it home put it back on and tryed to figure out what is causeing it not to charge and go above 12v on the volt meter well i have an electric fan setup to turn on with my ignition switch so i had a wire going to my radio fuse, it was working great well i decided to see if it was my fan setup causing it to drain the power, and the fan only comes on when it gets to like 155F so i disconnected it and i started it up it went up to 12-13v and was charging fine on the meter and was working fine well i turned the car off and tryed to turn it over again and nothing will work it doesnt even have dash lights come on nothing but the headlights work, cant put the headlights down, radio wont eject cd turn signals wont work, i get nothing at all, i'm freaking stumped i have no idea what is wrong,

forgot to add i have checked all fuses i do not know where the fusble links are and i have no idea what they look like (sorry) checked grounds and battery cables all are fine

Any help will be amazing i am depressed cause i havent been able to drive my car in weeks now,

Fusible links are on the driver's side strut tower in the engine compartment. They are wires with a cloth cover in a brown box just to the rear of the battery. If they are blown they will be burned in half. Sometimes the ends and the terminals they connect to in the box become corroded. Cleaning them with a small file or even a knife will bring the car back to life. Might also explain why the alternator was not charging properly.

Well i looked under the column and i found a green one and a black one,

Also i belive i found the problem the black main link under the hood pretty much fell apart when i touched it when i got it out there was a black mark on the paint from it and the plastic was melted we tested it with an ohm meter and it would barely read on the connector we had to wiggle it to get it to read

Get some BUS fuses. They fit right on where the fusible links went, and you can see if they are
blown or not. That is what I used to run. 2 30a and a 60 for main.

very strange. a green fuse would indicate a 30A fuse and a black fuse.. i've never seen one. i'd be curious to see a picture of the fuses you found under the column.
