the engine, $1800 for rebuild and port, im going to look for a used stand alone, and a used front mount. i figured i was going to pay $3400 for a rebuild of my engine, and to get it painted. so im trying to keep it close to that.

I say go for it. It would be a bad *** sleeper... Nobody would see it coming, especially if you leave the body stock.

yeah, the only thing that will give it away is a front mount intercooler.


paint...the housings? nah, soon it'll be black. and black and silver will look good. i mean, i guess i could paint the housings but flat black on red? and then flat black on shiney black?


i still dont know what ignition system ill be needing, or computer system, so if you know anything go to that thread and help me out.

You're going to need to upgrade your entire drivetrain. That's not as simple as tossing a 13BT in and driving away.

Throw in there and drive it till it breaks, then replace it. No need to replace **** thats not broken, it'll hold out for a little while.
