would ths be the rising rate fpr i would use for a turbo project?

you generally dont use "rising rate" fuel pressure regulators. You probably want a fuel pressure regulator that raises the pressure of fuel 1psi for every psi of boost. And yes, that press reg would work as long as you dont intend on running it over 12psi. Make sure it has the fuel delivery capabilities for the power you intend to put out.
'Cmon Seth, you should know you can run more than 12psi with that regulator, it's the one I'm using. It lets you adjust the BASE fuel pressure from 3-12psi. Then for every psi of boost it sees it adds 1psi of fuel. You can run as much boost as you want with it.
No, a rising rate regulator would increase the fuel pressure at more than 1:1. With a rising rate for every 1psi of boost it saw, it would raise the fuel pressure 2-3psi or whatever it's set to do. If it just raises it 1:1 then it's just a boost refrenced fpr.
