Turbo GSL-SE in Sport Compact mag
I have that issue someplace.. seen it do a very low 12@ around 113MPH at LACR in Palmdale years ago. Craig Nagler was the original owner of the car. Sorry no scanner.
David Lane BTW has been to L.A. a few times.. inviting anyone to meet and have dinner.

Can you see where the additional injectors are mounted in the article? What EFI is he using? I remember they had a pic of the interior and the caption said something like "it's styling is comparable to today's interior".

my friend Resse owned this car , he built it from the ground up while he worked at tri-point(where he still works) and who has to be one of the most knowledgable people i know when it comes to rotaries!!!!
the car used a SE 13b six port motor with turbo 2 internals streetported, with 2 additional injectors controlled by a AIC unit... it had a turbo 2 tranny with a 85 GSL rear end with 4.44 gears the wheels are of a mazda 626 extremly polished!!!
he sold the car to his friend Travis who also used to work at Tri piont.... he god bored with it and sold it to somebody.....
it was one of the cleanest and fastest first gens i have ever seen!!!! and yes Resse does regret selling it!!!
