turbo box in a first gen

for those who have done this swop, did you all use custom spacers for the mounting bracket or does someone sell an adjusted cross member ?

Just make some spacers about 1" thick to push the stock crossmember down.Aluminum or steel is fine,hell you could use some old sockets if need be,its not a highly stressed component.
The stock 1st gen rubber mount can also be used with just a little grinding.
