They will bolt up but you will need a lightened TII flywheel, matching clutch and a 12A counterweight.

Yes it will fit. You'll also need the clutch, pressure plate, starter and custom driveshaft.

Yep.Did it on my old 13B 4 port, which is pretty much the same as the 12A.
12A auto rear counterweight(correct for year)
TII light flywheel(steel or alum.)
TII clutch
TII starter
TII trans
custom driveshaft
FB shift tower box and crossmember(with massaging)

The output shafts are different between the TII's and NA's, so yes.

All you need is the correct disc from Racing Beat which has the turbo spline or get one made lots of places out there that can make custom disc. Don't need to use a turbo flywheel keep the one you have on there. You will need the starter though. All that needs to be done is the hole in which the starter goes into needs to be shaved/grinded closer towards the flywheel. The bottom ear of the starter stays in original position. The top ear moves in closer to the flywheel. Put the long bolt all the way through and the top ear should rest against the bolt. Then all you have to do is use a large washer to sandwhich the ear in place and your done. You might get a slight grind if it is not perfect but then you can adjust by grinding the bellhousing or the starter till it goes away. Takes all but 15 minutes to do this mod once I have the proper disc. Kills me when you hear people tell others that you need a turbo flywheel to make it work. Not true at all. Cost is $107 for the disc from racing beat and 15min of grinding with a die grinder no changing of flywheel or counter weight becase you are using your original ones.
