Thumbs up tuning a mikuni

Just wondering if anyone knows how to adjust a mikuni carb to get the most out of it. I just put a side draft 44phh on my rex and I want to make sure I get the most out of it. Any help is appreciated

Jetting it! The main jets, pilot jets, air correction jets, are all located under the top cover on the carb that is held on with the single screw.

I recommend finding a chassis dyno to get it tuned on, if not just do full throttle runs and pull the plugs (that how i did it).

here are a few links of dealers for jets:
www.toysport.com
http://www.motorcyclecarbs.com/mikuni/mik_tuning.htm
good deal on 4 pack main jets

and here are the part numbers:
Main Jet: N100.604
Pilot Jet: N101.043
Air Jet: B42/56 or B42/55
