15psi is a bit high. I'm not sure what the needle and seat can hold, but I think it's around 8 or 9 psi. That'd explain your overflowing. You probably also have fuel dumping in through the boosters. Don't be surprised if your car is good and flooded.

Something I forgot earlier, but make sure that o-ring is good on the needle and seat. I believe it'd give you the same troubles.

I imagine it's good though, looks like your problem is with the fuel pressure.

ok well i was sent on a wild goose chase trying to find this FPR. A lot of places had an adjustable one from 1-5 psi but know one had the holley 4-9 one so i had to special order it. It should be in in a couple days. I did get a little $10 fuel pressure guage for under the hood though. So once i get the FPR i should be good

I have one sitting in the driver's side bin in my FB, but I'll be using it when I put my new pump in, otherwise I woulda offered to send it your way.

Also, it's been said the 0-15psi gauges are a bit inaccurate. I have one and not too sure of it's proper operation. They should still be good enough to get you in the recommended range. You may even hook it up now to see how bad your fuel pressure really is. hehe

My holley cost me $900 from racing beat. Looks like I'm the one who chose poorly.

LOL, you got owned on that one. Being a smart *** can be fun, but occasionally one can get a big chunk bit out of it

Summit, Jegs, locsl speed shop that deals with Holleys. Not a tuner shop, a truck or circle track one.

Well I just lookedat my 390cfm
and I dont see a way you could
miss the AP the linkage wont allow it
(Demons will)
you probably are lifting the needle off the seat
that is the primary way you get fuel out of the
vent tube
You have probably soaked your plugs at the least
so replace them, and put the regulator in the line
at 5-6 psi
Jegs and Summit have everything you need for holley stuff

they sell the fittings and they have nipples on the end that you just use a hose clamp on
