Transmission direct bolt on

Are there any other direct bolt-on transmissions besides the stock one for an '83 12a? Would a 13b tII transmission directly bolt on, or would I have to do some modifying. There are some problems with the transmission I have right now and I think it would be easier to buy a used transmission and just put it on than rather rebuilding, since I have the supplies to drop the tranny and put on another pretty easily. Thanks.

I believe you need an S4 TII tailshaft housing for it to work.
