Unhappy transmission

well I CANT GET IT up there

i have it all aligned now i need to wait for my father to come here to help me

i had it up there i just couldnt get er in
so i droped it back down

i have clutch all aligned and every thing

the problem with my transmision was the shaft bearing it was totaly disintegrated
so when i would put in the clutch the transmision would still spin so i couldnt shift easlily

Didyou replace the "input" shaft bearing. If so, how easy was it once the tranny was out (did it pop out the front easily after removing the cover?)

Sometimes you have to turn the trans slightly to get the input splines to mate with the clutch. Also make sure the 2 alignment lugs on the engine and holes in the trans are clean.
