I have a 85 gsl with auto tranny. I want to swap a 5 speed into it! Im tryin to see if anyone did it before and what would I need????

 

flywheel clutch and pressure plate, clutch slave cylinder clutch master cyclinder third pedal for the clutch not much but time and elbow work. Find your self a junker at the yard and strip everything off of it and slap that **** into your automatic and your good

There is a good picture in this one of the bracket that needs to be made. The design of the braket might be improved.

Take off that auto counterweight as well.

 

...and save it for the light flywheel conversion and save some $$!

 

and get a manual trans pedal addembly, a manual trans driveshaft, a manual trans crossmember and mount and with the above said you should have everything necessary to do your swap.
