Yes, exactly. What I was trying understand was would it matter if the car had, as you stated, "a fuel cut-off inertia switch”?
When you said Fuel cut-off I understood that as something that cuts the fuel flow or cuts power to the fuel pump. Therefore, since the car was parked, and presumably not running (no fuel flow), I wasn’t sure what point you were trying to make with that post.

In some cars there's an inertia switch that closes the fuel line from the tank to prevent your car from going Pinot on you.
