TPS, and more

So my new engine is in. I hooked it all up. It wont start. Getting spark. Getting Fuel up to the fuel rail, not getting fuel into the enginei dont believe. My dad cranked it over and i put face near spark plug holes nad no gas smell . Tried adjust tps for the hell of it even though the engine isnt warm like its supposed to be i thoguht it may help . I hook up my lights, turn the screw. No lights come on. So i put on a multimeter and try again nothing. No matter how far i turn it i get no flow. So im assumingi need to replace my tps, or theres somethign electrical im forgetting that runs both my injectors and my tps. Any ideas?

Are the injectors connected?

Are the two black wires with the metal rings that are near the rats nest grounded?

Is the blue spade connector connected to the trailing coil?

the are grounded into the rats nest. one 12mm bolt runs through them and a corner of the nest.

The black wires are grounds for the ecu. Without them, no injectors.

That could be. Try grounding those wires and find out.
