My tps is bad, when connected the car idles irratically and misses and shakes horribly, when disconnected the car runs beautifully, idling and at all engine speed, what gives? is it normal for a 13b 6 port to run perfectly w/o any tps??? also where the hell can I get a new one? advance said it wasnt even in there computer.

 

Mazdatrix has them for about $160, IIRC. They are not cheap, but having one that works will probably go far to getting best performance. It's there for a reason,
