If Lance wins his 6th, many people will be sad, including me. With 5 wins already, he is tied with cycling's greatest heros of all time. Is he better than they were? I think not! I saw Eddy when he was in his prime, and nobody is better than Eddy (or the others), or ever will be. They all retired after their 5 wins, but Lance didn't.. why not?

Its tough to compare other riders....times change and technology does as well.......

I think its harder now to win like Lance does and will get more difficult.......They like to change the rules so that others can win........

The only person that can beat Lance is Lance himself...

 

Its not really impossible that Lance could be the best rider ever. You really can't say that no one is ever going to be better than Eddy. There will always be someone better.
