took a long trip...damn i love my 7

this weekend i went from NJ to VA and back (350+ miles each way) in my 7...with 167k on the odo without any problems at all...

trip took me 5 hours down (avg speed of 70 mph) then 4.5 back up (avg speed of 80mph)

my cousin will be taking the same trip up from VA this coming weekend but he's renting because his '92 integra can't make that trip reliably

I only saw 1 fb while i was down there and i was stuck behind her in traffic yesterday...she didn't even flinch when she saw my car must not be a member of the forum...

anyone else taken long trips in their 7's lately?

About 6 weeks ago, I took my 83 w/ 190K on the odo, to Fort Worth Texas. 320 miles each direction, no problems at all. Averaged 25.5 MPG.
While I was in Texas, Texas Motor Speedway was holding a "Laps For Charity", $25 donation got you 3 laps around the track in your. For the record, there is no need for steering input at 80MPH on the high banked oval
Gotta love my first gen, my truck has hardly seen any use at all since march.
