is this too hot or what?

ok, drove like h*ll to work this morning, and back this afternoon. hopefully this pic will show. stayed where it is at total drive time, is a 1/4 of the way at warmup and the choke pops in. used to the v-8 gauges and i know this is not hot for a v-8 but dont know if its good for a 12a. stop and go speed this afternoon but up to 70 mph on long stretches. i know ill need to get a radiator this weekend, because i can smell that coolant smell when i pop the hood. no external leaks that i can tell but had to had about a 1/2 cup of water after i got to work this morning also the brand new fan clutch is defective, believe me i own a jeep cherokee. new t-stat and hoses with a prestone flush. that is all

You should check your water pump too. That's where my coolant smell was coming from. There's a weep hole under the pulley that will let coolant drip out when the seals go.
