wheres a good place to source some 13 dot r's? Im probably going to break down and head up to discount tire soon, but I wanna find some place where I can get some other prices and options.

Ebay? Some tire shops have ebay stores setup. Discount tire has like just one 13 that will fit stock rims. It does not look like a bad tire nor is it expensive.

Tire rack. Sumitomo HTR 200 185/60/R13's were about $40CDN each, and were here in 2 days. Great improvement over all seasons. I believe they also have a set of Hoosiers, not sure of the model, available in 13's.

well, I dug a little more and found some kumho ecsta v70a's in a usable size. Im probably going to go with these
