Tire Fitment on LE Wheels?

I am getting a set of LE wheels and I was wondering what is the best tire size to run on them without rubbing?

Thanks
Jason

205/60/R14

I just got a set of Sumitomo HTR 200, They are AWESOME! They ride smooth, look cool, and hug in the corners!

Best bang for your buck in my mind.

Ive had Nittos, Kumhos, even Pirelli's. But these beat them hands down IMHO

205/60/R14 Sumitomo HTR 200 FTW!

If you go with 195/60/14's you can get Falken Azenis, or Falken Ziex's come in both 205's and 195's. Those are a couple more choices, and though I'm not sure how much the Sumitomo HTR's cost, the Ziex's are a decent price.

i think you're right.

the gsl-se had the same sized wheel, and ran a 205-60-14.

so either works

yea 195/60 is the stock size, but 205/60 will fit as well, albeit incorrectly, the sidewall is technically too big in that size. HTR200's are definatly awesome tires. Falken Ziex's are good all seasons, but dont compare to the HTR's. Haven't tired Azenis's, but apparently they are quite good as well.

I have 195/60 14 Falzen Azenis on my 79 SA,and although I have not pushed the car too hard yet I do like the tires so far. They are really close to my rear springs though.

Azenies are great street tires but for the price, you can't beat the Sumitomo HTR's. Be aware that both the HTR and the Azeni are summer only tires and not suitable for any kind of low temperature weather, even if there's no snow/ice.

I read in the Rx-7 History book that the OE tire was 195/60 the question is which is a better size?

The difference is so slight....
