Tiny vacuum canister thingy broke on my 13B. What is this?

Alright, this part broke on me. I'm still searching around but haven't a clue what it's called. I swear, I remember seeing it in the search results a long time ago. I've also looked over the 13B vacuum diagram, couldn't really tell if it's a delay valve or that's something else, tho.

So, what is this thing and can I just super glue it back together? I have no other means of transportation so I can't just go out and find another part. I wish, tho. Any suggestions?

EDIT: After searching with the terms "vacuum valve" I came across a thread (recently, this month) where a member had broken his delay valve and it was green and black. From reading that thread, The Doc said to use epoxy to put it back together. I have super glue, would that work?

Yes, you can super glue it but epoxy seems to work better.

What you can do is go to the parts store and pick up a slightly larger vacuum nipple. Drill out the broken side and epoxy in the vacuum nipple.
