Tinted Clear Plastic Covers for center console...

Anyone ever dyed or changed the clear plastic cover for the center console light so it wasnt so bright .. Looks cool but thats my only complaint . Im waiting for my gaskets in the mail and i have nothing else to do ...

Why not just install a dimmer on the interior light circut?

Seems to me like that would be alot easyer then trying to tint the lense from the console...

Then you can make the lights a dim or as bright as you want

Becides don't these cars have dimmer switches already? I know both of my GSLs have had them.
