I have three SE dizzies in my old style four port 13Bs with DLIDFIS. The GSL-SE advance curve seems fine in all of them. I'm currently in the process of rebuilding another four port 13B that will get a 12A dizzy. The different curve ought to be ok.

Has anybody out there ever done a direct comparison swapping 12A and 13B distributors?

Thanks, Ed

See if it's at 0 leading at idle. Then rev it up to 4k and see how far iot advances. I usually aim for 20-24º I also adjust the trailing for 10º split.

mazda says 5 degrees after tdc for the second gen, I think its for the GSL-SE too. But does running it at TDC yield better performance?
