I've got a 1st gen, and yes I have a turbo.

I'm putting in an S5 TII engine. I was asking the guys with TII swaps.

yea that's the hks ssqv knock-off, but it functions identical to the brand name version. your choice of blow off valve all depends on what sound you like... if any. the ssqv's sound really high pitched.

I honestly don't care what the sound is like. I may pipe it back to the intake. I just don't wanna toast a turbo. I've already got the flange for the ssqv, so I don't wanna by excess parts I don't need.

If you don't care what it sounds like then just use the stock TII one or get stock DSM one for cheap.
