what is the third canister in my engine bay? it looks and smells like it's filled with coolant and the line go's directly to the base of the carb. What's it for? is it actually filled with coolant? Thanks guys.

No, its the SUB ZERO start assist. Big difference. I dont know that youll need it in Cali, you could rip it out if you want.

And yes, it is filled with a coolant/water mixture...90% antifreeze, 10% water.
