Thumbs up thinking of doing the rats nest removal this weekend

ok well....like it says im thinking abotu doing it this weekend first off i read the titural (sp?) 3 times..haha ok ok ok simple quistions
1. around steps 4 i take the top air pump bolt out loosen the hose then remove the lower bolt....then what take the air pump out??i thought it still had hoses going to it?so u remove the hoses and then pull it out???
2. aroiund step 8 what is the anti after burner vavle they said they already removed
3.what is the line that you disconnect from teh carb spacer
4. around step 19 reconnecting the vavle for venting that go to 3rd and 4th holes ok..then the big 5/16" hose follows this path back to the right hole...????what hole to where???
5.then 19 again when i run a line to the oil filler stem then a line to the first open hole to a T fitting then the other line to what????
6. the stud from the acv how do u remove? so its a double sided screw or somthin...i heard tape it with a hammer then unscrew it...guse i will see what happens as i go what happens if i am to break this stud i would only use the lower bolts??
7. the two odd valves that run under my car...i have a cat pipe installed so..step 11 and some little tube near it are alreadys capped and have a cover plate so does that mean i wouldnt have these valves since i have not cats.??

then to double check the only Capped lines...w/e are holes 5,6,shuter valve and 7 and the aab then u have block off flats for step 11 and acv....???

SORRY ABOUT THE LONG POST BUT I WANNA BE ABLE TO JUMP IN AND DO THIS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME WITH NO LEAKS OR QUISTOINS OF STUFF

Well i did it with no problem (im 17 and am just learning about rx7's) the best tips are FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CLOSELY!!! if you have a laptop perfect take it outside and follow step by step or print off the steps and follow the steps very closely observing the pictures... The only problem i hate with this is the stupid Block off plate this thing is a pain in the *** for me... I broke the stud.... then broke a nut off in one of the holes and then i tryed hooking it up with 1 nut, Cold weld and a washer on the nut to hold the plate in better but it still didnt work the far side from the bolt flaps at high rpms and makes a roaring noise.... SO im going to take the whole carb off and then the intake manifold off to take the intake manifold into school and get it welded on.... Pain in the *** so i hope its worth it when its all said and done.... Good luck

The tutorial says i believe there M6 1.00x20mm for the pesky block off plate... when i bought myn i didnt realize they were so cheap one broke right off when i was tightening it with my ratchet. The AAB vavle it shows the 2 10mm bolts disconnected in the picture if you compare the picture and your carb without the intake blue thingy on you will see its a plate with 2, 10 mm bolts holding it down. The big 5/16" connects to the carburator (theres a spot for it... its quite evident when you are doing it) If i remember correctly the big hose connects to the 5/16" T-fitting and splits off to your oil filler neck and your carb and to the vacuum selenoid. And about those things under the car i was only able to find one of them any one know where the other Vacuum line for the cat converter is? Thanks i hope that helps

Make sure not to skimp on the sheet metal... im learning thats part of the reason my first block off fabrication attempt failed... still the biggest sheet metal i can find here in Edmonton has been 1/16 i might have to try a muffler shop or something though
