Unhappy They are gone..

Well today my 83' LE is getting picked up by it's new owner. And my 85' racecar went to it's new home yesterday. Meaning I no longer own a first gen . But I still have a rotary powered car, the new project is a half bridgeport, t04 powered 90' TII . It's been fun and I'll probaly still post here everyonce and a while, because this is the best section on rx7club lol.

I am the new owner of the '83 LE I must say, Rob kept the car in beautiful shape. (well, the outside at least) There is virtually no rust on the car, even in the spots where RX-7s are notorious for rusting. I'm quite happy with it, and I'm planning on fixing up the interior a bit, and having a couple sections repainted that were chipping a tad. I'm also thinking about picking up a racing beat header and exhaust. I freakin love the Limited Edition rims, they look sooo much better than the crappy plus-sign rims.

Ya I wish I didn't have to sell at least the 83' for this project, I'm sure I'll own another one over time heh.

That was so funny cuz my phone sucks so I couldnt hear you when you were telling me you picked up that race car from Rob, so when I got there, I see his racecar is gone, and this red FC is there, which looked a bit familiar, then I walk around the front, same paint chip gone from the bumper... "Hey Rob, did you buy this car from Matt??" and he's like "Uhh, yea I did! and he bought my race car"

What a small world
