mine could look like that i jsut need to fix one itty bitty tear in the seat and the shifter boot and my GSL would look like its little brother! makes me want to wax mine
oh yea and the previous owner decided to drill three holes in the dash for his cell phone!

Under the hood, the engine bay is not detailed. Just needs a little attention to make it match the rest of the car.
I am debating the modification route. At worst, I'll do some minor bolt-ons, like the exhaust, but leave it by-and-large stock. But I may just leave it completely bone stock if I summon the will-power. That will be difficult. I have a complete Racing Beat long-primary streetport exhaust, RB springs, Illumina shocks, 1 1/8th sway bar, SS braided brake & clutch lines, etc. just waiting to go on. This is stuff I accumulated in preparation for a GSL-SE upgrade to my 83 GS. Perhaps I'll just sell all the modification crap and enjoy the car bone stock. I also have a complete, running spare GSL-SE parts car (ugly exterior).
What I think I'll do is pull the motor from the parts car -SE and rebuild it here at Pineapple Racing, then swap it into the nice -SE. Just a stock-ish rebuild but I can detail the engine, manifold, engine bay, etc. and make everything like-new.

sharp looking car, if I was you I would keep it bone stock, adding go fast parts can be aggrovating and it decreases the value of the car. Nice find make sure to keep it that nice!
that car is amazing................
I just got one for $900 and I thought it was okay.......but damn
This is like a flash back to the showroom of a mazda dealership in late 1984.....
Amazing to me.
