template

Does anybody have a template for making the block-off plate (ACV)? I'd like to make my own.

or take a piece of paper, press it against the flange, and cut the pattern out

make sure you get a really thick piece of metal when you make it. Don't make the same mistake as me using 16 gauge steel and having it blow appart 5 minutes into the first drive... lol

1/8" aluminum is good enough as several of mine have it and don't leak. I even picked up a 1B 4 port manifold that had a 1/2" thick piece of steel plate! It adds a lot of weight to the manifold. It went into my REPU so weight isn't much of an issue, but if I ever put it in a smaller car like a 1st gen, I'll certainly replace it with aluminum. What was the PO thinking?
