I was wondering if anyone here or at all period has done this to their 1st gen ? put a removeable targatop on it ? cause if not then i dun wanna do that...

and if i cant do that, where could i find a sunroof ?

i dont think hardly any one has done that, but if you have an 81 or newer, some of those had glass sunroofs that you can find, they are nice. they come up on here and ebay, depending on condition they range in price from $50-$200.

some shops will put a sunroof in at a fai cost. this involves cutting the roof and making it water tight. imo, most leak and are not trustworthy. due to my own bad luck i guess.

Seriously though, if your car doesn't presently have a sunroof I wouldn't change it. The non-sunroof models are the favored racecar platform. I bought a tinted glass "moonroof" from a guy I met at a gas station for the princely sum of $10.
