Tach rev buzzer

Ok, first of all I searched. All I could find was threads on disabling the buzzer, turning the buzzer into a shift light. My problem is my buzzer barely works. Sometimes it comes on right at 7000RPM, sometimes it doesn't. I made some videos to show what I mean.

Free rev in neutral, Buzzer only worked once.

From a stop, no buzzer in 1st at 7800RPM, but good buzzer at 6800RPM in 2nd.

Again, same deal

Here I got a good 1st gear buzzer, but nothing in 2nd...even up to 8000RPM!

So, what the heck can I do to fix it?

I guess I'm the only one that likes that buzzer. I want everything to work as Mazda intended. I'm picky like that.

Figures, today, just driving, I decide to open her up.....friggin buzzer worked perfectly every time. I have to have a loose connection somewhere. One weekend, I'll remove the gauge cluster and check all the solder joints. Could there be any loose connections under the hood? Does it get a separate signal off the coil?
