My friend has a 12a and the car starts up and runs fine while warming up. then you here a click under the dash, then the tach reads 0. the car kills in about 2 minutes or so. he has an after market tach and reads everthing till the end.

the fuse for the fuel pump is burn't out>believe that is it. is't happened to me. Its a 20amp one. IT controls the tack and the fuel pump.
But there are a couple other things its connected to. IF one of those things are malifuctioning it will short out and burn out the fuse. So if I were you, change the fuse and see if it burns out. Then smell under the hood for some melting plastic or something..

we can turn the car off, and turn it back on, and the car will run with a running tach. then the problem starts all over again.
