T3 camber plate's bearing seized?

I just bought some t3 camber plates that are new off a friend. The bearing will not turn at all. I haven't mounted them yet. But it seems to me that the bearing should be free to rotate. Is this the way they are when new or what?

Just checked mine and yeah, the pillow ***** are very stiff. But I think they're teflon lined, and when installed the strut will have about 2 feet of leverage on them. I'm pretty sure they'll loosen up a little as they wear in.

Did you get the strut rod bushings/mounting nut thingies with the camber plates?

Thats what i need. Did u get them from t3. My struts were already cut down for camber plates. But i think it needs some kind of washer or spacer. Does the spring perch ride right on the aluminium instead of the bearing like the stock top perches?

When you order the Camber plates they come with these sleeves / spacers / bushings things. I haven't installed the suspension yet so I don't really know how these little guys fit together.

The T3 Camber Plate "Upper Hat System" mounts on the top of the spring and has a bearing where it meets the camber plate.....

You will need to use those aluminum spacers/ sleeves. Before installing mines I checked if the OEM strut fit in there, it was too small. I used some MR2 Koni's and they where just about right but still needed to use the smallest/ thinner spacer/sleeve they provided.

I have some new rx7 tokico blues that someone already machined down to fit camber plates. Thats the whole reason for getting the camber plates. Is to fit the struts. I got them to work with my racing beat springs. I bought the plates off a friend on Facebook. There new but didnt come with the spacers. The car sits higher now so im thinking of just getting the weld on coilover kit. So i can adj ride height.
