I did a quick search and this is what I found. There are many more.

Make sure you get the correct flywheel:

http://www.mazdatrix.com/faq/flywheel.htm

You will also need the following (this is not a complete list)

1. Pedals from correct year RX-7 (79-83) (84-85)
2. Correct flywheel for the year of the engine.
3. Manual model starter
3. Correct driveshaft for the model years.
4. Correct year computer - depending on year this may not be required
5. Fabricated transmission mount

One word of advise. When removing the pedals, there is one long bolt at the top for the 84-85 model years. Regardless of year, do not remove the steering column bolts. It's not needed.

As far as driveshafts go, depending on the year of your 7 you might be able to use your existing one.

Computer or Emission ECU is not a factor.
Do not have to fabricate a transmission mount. Just get the M/T crossmember and use the M/T trans mount.
Very important part to remember. Make sure you install a pilot bearing and seal in your engine before installing the trans. :-)
