swapping bolt patterns

So my 1979 is a 4 lug right, but I am going to upgrade the front brakes to 1988 GXL brakes and hubs, so thats a 5 lug. my question is that what do I do about the rear (i cannot locate a GXL rear end in my town)

can I change the axels??

can I add disk to the rear at same time...

give me some input..

thanks

if u get 5 lug front might as go with the rears too. u will need the 84-85 rear axle and also front spindle for the bigger bearing. then head to respeed's site or pm billy. he has the conversion for front and rear
