swaping rear end and suspension

hey guys!!! i recently picked up a 84 se with racing beat springs and tokico blues all around... i wanted to know if it was possible to swap the springs, shocks and rear end into my 83 with no problem... i have a regular 83 with the drums in the rear... i also have the 4x110 lug pattern... thank you in advance...

Springs, shocks and strut inserts are the same. If you swap the rear end you should also swap the front struts to have the larger GSLSE brakes, lug nuts and bolt pattern on all four wheels. Front strut, rotor and caliper can be swapped as a unit without disassembly. When you swap the rear end you will need the short e-brake cables that attach to the rear calipers and probably the GSLSE drive shaft. I believe the driveshaft/rearend flange changed during the 83 model year.

thakn you for the response and yea my flange is the big one... i will also change the fronts but i want to keep my lug pattern cuz i have wheels already... so i am only gonna take the shocks and srings for both front and rear, and just swap the diff... thank you again if u have any other advice feel free to post them... i'm always willing to learn...
