suspension swap...

can someone help me out...

i need to know EVERYTHING i need to get my 1985 gs coverted to gsl-se suspension... im not getting the struts, shocks, and springs because they will be replaced with eibachs and tokico illuminas. can i use my stock sway bar? i heard somewhere that i need the master cylinder.. ect.. theres a guy with a gslse parts car and im trying to get the suspension off, he just needs to know waht i need

you need the master cylinder and ebrake cord i think.

You can use the stock sway bars. Take the power booster as well as the master cylinder if it's different

Rear axle (disc to disc) . Front hubs and/or spindle thingies (whatever theyre called), discs, calipers, and that it I think. You might need the brake lines, but I think since you have a GSL rear end (you do dont you?) you may not need it. Also, the proportioning valve Ive heard is a possibility too. Im gonna look for that site i was reading on the other day. Ill post when I find it.

Direct bolt in man, just get the e brake cords fromt he axle to the body they are different everything esle is a piece of cake...

yea, i have the gsl rear end, im not EXACTLY sure what year though, i think i can go under my car and get somethign to find the year, but the owner before me did it.

do i really need the master cylinder and p.valve? if not i dont want to pay the extra money for it.

If you don't know what year your rear end is, you want to get the drive shaft of the GSL-SE just in case the rear end you have has the smaller flange.
