Summit Coni-Seal Master Cylinder

Does anyone know anything about these Summit Coni-Seal Master Cylinders? They say they are for 81-85 RX-7's but I thought rear disk brake & GSL-SEs had different master cylinders?

Am I correct in my assumption of the master cylinders being different from GSL-SE to regular? This is a good price on a master cylinder but I don't want it not to work.

I don't recall if there is a difference between the SE, GSL disc and S/GS drum masters or not. In the link to the online FSMs is a parts fiche. You might take a gander there. I suspect the difference may lie in the proportioning valve, but don't hold me to it. I do know the pp is different between the drum and disc brakes. When I swapped to the disc rearend, I didn't change either the master of the pp valve and have not noticed any braking deficiencies.

There is a difference but Im not sure where. On one all 3 ports are the same, but on I think drum brake ones, the rear port has a big fitting installed on the outlet. Im not sure but that might be where the residual pressure valve is located. On the summit picture you can clearly see it.
