substitue for RB EX gaskets

opinions on quality and price, substituting autozone or other local store exhaust gaskets rather than RB gaskets on RB header and exhaust compontents.

I was told stores have these gaskets but I have not looked yet, any FAB. needed.

Much cheaper, and the same dern thing. I called up a local import parts supplier when I needed the engine to header gasket. $7 and 24 hours later I put it on. No issues whatsoever. Perhaps the fact that the part number was a Mazda OEM part number might explain why it wasn't so costly.
A freind of mine recently bought the same gasket from autozone. With his commercial account discount, it cost $13. It also took them 4 days to get it in.

excellent info.

anymore ideas?

what about other gasket or hanger issues for the remaining parts of RB streetports or road race full systems.

anybody feel like posting picturs form under their car?????
they say your not suppost to support the full system off the header in front. if the header is removed you should be able to hang off the front part of the remaing exhaust without moving it much. otherwise you could crack a header or stress it.

who has something to say on this?
