alright, i know this is probably a common sense question, but im asking it anyway. if i want to upgrade my ignition coils on my 85 12a, is it ok if i go buy say....2 MSD blaster 2 or 3 coils to do so. I know one coil is leading, one is trailing, etc. Also, what MSD ignition control unit should i get a 6AL perhaps? anyother ignition upgrade suggestions besides the usual, new plugs/wires etc.? I'm not looking to invest a bunch of money into it, just something reliable but better than stock....

 

do a search for DLIDFIS. i think on some of the threads, there are mentions of what MSD systems to use... if you want to.
