Stuck head lights

Stuck head lights
Hi guys I have a 1983 gsl and and my heads lights just stayed flipped up after I turned them on with the switch on steering colum not the switch that keeps them open. I’ve in plugged then switch on the center console but it’s still stuck on open mode. Please help me thanks
