They look kinda like a rotor

I know a lot about wheels, but I've NEVER seen those before.

That depends on taste......you think a set of 14" Ronal "Bears" would look better than 13" stock "plus sign" RX-7 wheels?

Those remind me of the 80's and early 90's Pontiac rims. Definately not the nicest things going. As for the make, I couldn't even begin to guess, but most likely either something from another car or an off brand.

I have seen a factory FB/S2 limited edition that had those wheels and LSD. No other cars are 4x110 so they definitely aren't from another car.

I think that some old school VW's are also 4x110, but nothing that would have those wheels.

The type of rims that we never paid attention-to back in the days. I will rather use stockers than install them in any of my cars.

The old school Dodge Colt had 110MM pattern,as did my old GLC, and many/most/all old school rotaries.

That's what I am thinking also. If memory serves me right, they are supposed to have a cover over the lugs.

I seem to recall these on several cars during the early to mid '80's as a cheap aftermarket replacement for stock wheels.
