Stock S1 Rx7

How much is too much for a stock 12a S1 rx7 ?

Im currently looking for one but havent got a idea of a good price..

Whats to look out for when buying one ?

A good price is anything lower than what you think the car is worth to you. I personally think you should wait around for an EFI 13b FB.

I like the s1 rx7 myself i know its got ugly bumbers rear drums etcc but ive wanted one for 6 years

there is one fore 2,500 aus

Well ever since my cousin got one 6 years ago and he took me for a drive ive always loved a rotar then he sold it and bought a ta22 celica.

Now he has got a S2 Race Car took me for a drive and i was like !!! YEP I WANT ONE !!!

2500 AUD wouldn't be a bad deal at all here in the states..... be it really does depend on condition. Honestly I'd probably be inclined to pass less for a car that has been bastardized with body kit and wing, unless I really liked the kit.

Look for rust in the rear tire wells, and under the rear seats/bins. How much milage has it seen? Do you have any pics?

All the kit really is just side skirts and a black wing..looks so bad would look better white

And it has a Cannon style exhasut

That's easy to say, but there aren't too many SE's out there. Not only that, but there are advantages to the S1 RX-7, they tend to be the lightest of all 1st gens because they had no power options, most didn't have sunroofs or air conditioning. Plus they look neat and retro with the metal bumpers.
